If you would like an update while your piece is being crafted in our Antwerp atelier, please contact us with your order number. We will be happy to let you know how it is progressing.

Tracking Your Order
Once your piece has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its delivery.
Secure, insured shipping
We work with Malca-Amit, a specialist in the secure transport of diamonds, jewellery and other valuable assets, to arrange insured shipping for your order.
Delivery partners
Delivery may be carried out by FedEx or another of Malca-Amit's delivery partners. Your dispatch email will include the tracking details for your shipment.
